MMG connects a business goal to a proposed plan, the actions its team takes, and the outcomes it records. What can run automatically depends on your connected accounts and approval settings. Paid advertising and recorded sales are not independently verified by MMG.
It turns your goal into a working plan
Share your goal, audience, budget, capacity, and current marketing. MMG uses that information and connected account data to prepare a prioritised plan. The plan is reviewed on the daily cycle; recommendations do not automatically move advertising budget.
It keeps enquiries and next steps together
Enquiries from your MMG hosted page, manual entry, and connected WhatsApp messages can be recorded in the lead workspace. For connected WhatsApp accounts, MMG can draft a reply when a customer messages. By default, the reply waits for business approval; automatic replies are available only for accounts specifically configured for that behaviour. Follow-up reminders help the team keep track; MMG does not automatically nurture every lead until they respond.
It records actions and reported outcomes
The Proof Ledger records available system actions and results. Businesses can also record quotes, completed work, and payments. Those sales and payment entries are business-reported records; MMG does not independently verify them or collect the money.
It helps you decide what to do next
The Marketing Investment Advisor uses your stated budget, goals, and available business information to suggest a starting allocation and explain its reasoning. These are estimates, not guaranteed results. You choose whether to launch advertising, and the platform connection determines which channels can be measured.
What you see, day to day
The dashboard brings together your goal progress, available account signals, open actions, enquiries, and recorded outcomes. Connected data varies by provider and permissions. MMG labels business-entered sales separately from connected platform data.
