What this covers
This policy explains what information Majola Marketing Group, referred to here as MMG, collects when a business uses the MMG platform, what it is used for, and what choices you have about it. It applies to the public website and to every account portal.
Information we collect
Account information, such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number, collected when you sign up. Business information you choose to connect, such as Google, Meta, or WhatsApp Business accounts, and the campaign, lead, and messaging data those connections make available. Payment information, handled directly by our payment processor rather than stored on our own servers. Usage information, such as which pages and features are used, collected to keep the platform working correctly.
How we use it
To provide the service itself, running campaigns, following up on leads, and keeping the Proof Ledger accurate. To communicate with you about your account, including security and billing notices. To improve the platform. To meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with
The infrastructure providers that host the platform and its database. The payment gateway that processes billing. Google, Meta, and WhatsApp, only for the accounts you have explicitly connected, and only to carry out the marketing and messaging actions you have authorized. Production companies you choose to book through the platform, limited to what a booking requires. We do not share information beyond what is needed to run the service you have signed up for.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal, accounting, and dispute resolution obligations. You can request deletion sooner, see your rights below.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests like these can be made from Privacy settings inside your account, or by contacting us directly through the Contact page.
Security
Access to account data is restricted by the role on your account, and passwords are never stored in plain text. No system is completely without risk, and we will tell you directly if something affecting your information ever needs your attention.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will let you know before the change takes effect, not only by updating the date at the top of this page.
