Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the MMG platform, provided by Majola Marketing Group, referred to here as MMG. Creating an account means you accept them.

MMG plans and runs marketing campaigns, follows up with leads, and keeps a record of what was done and what it produced, on behalf of the business account using it. Some features depend on connecting third party accounts, such as Google, Meta, or WhatsApp Business, and are only available once those connections are made.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Business accounts are created through sign up. Production company and admin accounts are set up directly by MMG, not through public sign up.

The platform may not be used to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages, to interfere with its normal operation, or to attempt to access another account or portal you do not have a role for.

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at sign up. Before any paid plan is confirmed, you are shown a full Total Cost Estimate covering the subscription, any once off setup fee, a suggested advertising budget, and estimated messaging fees. Cancelling a plan stops the next billing cycle, it does not retroactively refund the current one unless required by law.

Google, Meta, WhatsApp, and the payment gateway are operated by their own companies under their own terms. MMG is not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their own platforms.

The MMG platform, its design, and its underlying software belong to Majola Marketing Group. The content and business information you provide remains yours.

MMG works to make marketing decisions that are reasonable given the information available at the time. It cannot guarantee a specific business outcome, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

You can close your account at any time from Account settings. MMG may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after reasonable notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will let you know before the change takes effect.
